The Next Step … because as a relationship and eating psychology coach, I could help you change your relationship with food and take that next step towards having a great relationships with yourself, others and most importantly food because until and unless you don’t work on your relationship with food, you cannot have weight loss that can be maintained. We will use a Mind Body approach to weight loss which will help take you from a place of stress to a place of relaxation when it comes to weight loss.
